You can measure your ring size at home by wrapping a thin strip of paper around your finger, marking where it overlaps, and measuring the length in millimetres. Compare this to our size guide. Yes. We ship worldwide from our atelier in Thailand. International orders are carefully packaged and insured. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Domestic delivery within Thailand typically takes 1 to 3 days. International shipping takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Express options are available at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with packaging intact. To begin a return, please contact us at orders@souqth.com. Custom, engraved, and personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

All Souq pieces carry a craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a piece leaves our workshop with a fault, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Damage from misuse, chemicals, or normal wear over time is not covered under warranty.

Yes. We offer professional cleaning, re-polishing, and minor repair services for all Souq pieces. Contact us via LINE or email at hello@souqth.com to arrange this. Pieces purchased from other brands or sellers cannot be accepted for service.
