Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. We ship worldwide via DHL Express and Thailand Post EMS. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Standard shipping: 7 to 14 business days. Express shipping: 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Please contact us at orders@souqth.com before returning any item.

Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Packaging

Every Souq piece is packed in our signature box, wrapped in tissue, and sealed with our mark. All packaging is recyclable. Gift wrapping is available at checkout.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
